During Japans summer eateries offer icy jugs of refreshing Genmaicha. To make yours, cold infuse 3tsp tea per cup of water in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Serve chilled with friends and food.

Active benefits:

Genmaicha tea is rich in polyphenols, such as catechins and gallic acid, as well as other antioxidants like carotenoids and ascorbic acid.
