How do I contact you? We love hearing from you. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay in touch or email hello@fineanddandy.co.nz to chat:)
Where are you based? Beautiful Auckland, Aotearoa/New Zealand.
Where are your products made? We select, small batch blend and hand package all of our tea here in Auckland. The ingredients we work with are all from certified ethical and organic farms from a range of locations- New Zealand, Sri Lanka + India. Our teapots are from Japan and our ceramic travel mug, the Away Cup, is made in the beautiful Tukituki Valley in Hawkes Bay, NZ.
Choosing your tea
What if the tea I love is not is stock? We try so hard to ensure all of our tea is in good supply. There are times, usually due to natural events like flooding or drought, that we can run low on a tea. If your favourite tea is out of stock, sign up to receive an email notification when its back or subscribe to our newsletter where we keep everyone updated.
Orders and Shipping
How long does an order take to ship? We allow up to 72 hours because we are such a small team but we aim for next day dispatch. Please allow slightly longer in the lead up to major holidays as thats a busy time for us.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes we do! We use either New Zealand Post or Fedex depending on the location we are shipping to. Shipping to New Zealand is $4, Australia is $12 and further abroad is $19.
How long does shipping take? Within New Zealand we use overnight courier in the North Island and to the South Island shipping will take 2-3 days. For international shipping allow 10-14 days.
All the other bits and pieces..
Do you wholesale? Yes we do! We love working with like minded cafes, retailers, hair dressers and wellness studios. Email hello@fineanddandy.co.nz to apply for a wholesale account and we can help you out from there.
Im looking for waste free products, how does your tea stack up? Sarah our founder has a background in sustainability so our design is with the planet in mind. Our tea boxes are made from card which can be recycled and a inner bag which is made of wood cellulose, so its both home and commercially compostable (its fine in your worm farm too!). Same goes for the packaging that we supply to cafes. Our tins are designed to be used and loved again and again, and then recycled if you not longer need them. Our customers find lots of ways to upcycle them which we love!
How can I learn more about the sustainability philosophy and practices of Fine & Dandy? This is something that is deeply embedded in our business because its part of Sarah our founders' core values, but we don't always talk about it because it can feel preachy (but we are trying to get better at it!). Our sustainability page outlines our approach and we are always working and evolving to do more in this space. We'd love to hear from you if you have any feedback or suggestions!
Who do I contact for press enquiries and collaborations? Any enquiries can be sent to sarah@fineanddandy.co.nz and we can help you out from there.
Have we missed anything out? If theres anything more you would like to know from our FAQ's email us hello@fineanddandy.do.nz.
