Little ritual:

This bold iced tea is powered by the sunshine. Infuse 1tsp per cup per cup of water in a glass jar in a sunny spot for 4 hours. Strain, add fresh lemon to taste and serve with lots of ice. 

Active benefits: 

Black tea contains powerful groups of polyphenols including epigallocatechin gallate, theaflavins, thearubigins, a stress reducing amino acid L-theanine, and several other catechins or flavonoids which provide protection against the onset of several chronic disorders. The polyphenols in black tea may help maintain a health gut by promoting the health go good bacteria and inhibiting the growth of bad bacteria.
