Little ritual:

Brew at double strength, add 2tbls rose water the top with frothed milk and garnish with rose petals, for a delectable delicately perfumed latte.

Black tea contains powerful groups of polyphenols including epigallocatechin gallate, theaflavins, thearubigins, a stress reducing amino acid L-theanine, and several other catechins or flavonoids which provide protection against the onset of several chronic disorders. The polyphenols in black tea may help maintain a health gut by promoting the health go good bacteria and inhibiting the growth of bad bacteria. The flavonoids in Earl Grey tea may fight inflammation associated with digestive issues.
